Shipping policy

We ship orders as soon as we can, certain products must be made to your order. Usually we ship within 24 hours. Because the products are small and light, we send the vast majority of orders like regular letter or quick letter without tracking.

Standard shipping within Denmark costs DKK 10 and is sent as a regular letter that appears within 5 business days.(If the goods have not arrived within 6 business days of the shipment, please contact us.)

Quick letters cost 29 kr will arrive next business day if they are shipped before 5 pm

If you order from a country other than Denmark, a regular letter costs about 4 Euro, 3.56 GBP, 43 SEK, 4.35 USD (30 DKK).

If you want to have the order shipped as a package that can be followed, this option is also available when you choose shipping in your order.

Finally, it is possible by agreement to pick up a product at the workshop: Strandboulevarden 3B, 2100 Kbh Ø, this does not cost anything.
